Hello. I e been using the app for about a month now I’m getting an ‘error’ each time I try to look up a number. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall but still same. Help me please.

App doesn’t give you name not a good app at all.

Worked fine the first time I used it. I tried using for a second time and continue to get an error, suggesting I reinstall the app...

Was AMAZING but it stopped working.

I love this app. I used it everyday. Always have me the information I was looking for. But it stopped working a few days ago. Instead of showing me who’s number it is, it just says “error”. Says “reinstalling the app may fix the issue.” Thats a problem because if I uninstall it I will probably loose all my search history. I’d rather just leave it as is and at least keep my very long list of numbers I’ve looked up in the history. I have it 5 stars because of how great it WAS. As of this posting I have to give it 3 stars.

Does the app work anymore? Every time we search a number it just doesn’t give any info anymore

Failed to retrieve any info out of the 10 numbers I’ve tried. Failed 10/10, useless app. I don’t know how this app got any positive reviews it’s just simply useless & a waste of time.

Used the app for a few weeks and it stopped working. Sent customer support an email and Jeff was able to fix the app that morning. Impressive. That being said, the reverse lookup feature of this app runs great. Able to lookup questionable numbers and report more accurately telemarketers to FTC website .. Thanks for building this and keeping it free of charge!
