Love this app. Chord names! Enharmonics!

Jazzmanlhp

Nice layout and update. Wish could save chords sets as songs. Otherwise it is almost perfect!

Handy Little App

SaymanTheFirst

Find it pretty useful for a guy like me - I tend to play something that sounds good to me and reverse- engineer what I'm doing.

Terrific app! Flexible, intuitive & easy to use. Coupled with a decent chord finder an excellent toolbox for songwriting & getting a better grasp on chord theory.

first ever second review?

Altitude Rocks

I believe this is the first time I've ever been drawn to write a second review, but I have to do it: I love this app like a new puppy, or an unexpected vacation, or a run on a sunny day. If you are an aspiring musician, how can you not have this app? This afternoon I'm tackling a tough piece of piano music, and I'm seeing its chord structure (in the left hand) easily and with clarity, thanks to this nifty little app. I used to have to leaf through a heavy book. But now I can learn much faster and with much less hassle. If I could save only two of my apps from a burning computer, this is one of the two I'd lasso and pull to safety. And no, I don't work for the company. I merely love the company's delightful product. It's making me stronger every time I learn from it.

Great

ChazTek

This app was just what I was looking for to help when composing or finding a chord on the go! Thanks!

Great app

kskanne

When I just noodle a piece together it really helps to figure out just what my fingers did.

Brilliant

Bootmad

What no chord book can do - brilliant and pro version worth the price

Amazing short cut

Ryan Martin

One of the best apps you can buy if you use any altered tuning for guitar.

Absolute delivery.

I never review apps, but I had to drop the hammer here. You will save so much time if, like me, you come up with crazy chords and need to categorize them to lay down better melodies. This app is accurate, and worth much more than its sold for...$20 for a cheap tuner...$10 for better playing!

Best of its kind, want some additional features

RCFP IS GREAT

Do you need to find what chord you are playing on guitar, piano, bass, etc...? Awesome, you found it. This app is quick, intuitive, and even gives enmarmonic equivalents to see what you might want to throw in your changes for writing purposes. Spot on, you need this one, whether you're a beginner instrumentalist or a seasoned vet out to transpose that hit riff into the change. A couple of things that would spice up an update for this would be: a chord finder...it seems so natural to want to pick a key and have it show us the notes, but alas, it's mainly built to do the reverse of that (hence the name). We'd also love to see a quick-swap tuning button. That is, when we pick an instrument and tuning, and then switch back, it stays on the last one set, so there is no way to compared quickly. Would be great if there were simply selection buttons to switch back and forth between all tuning types, with corespondent sound output (i.e. 6 string with gtr sound, 5 string with bass, piano tuning with piano sound, etc...without losing your original note settings). Anyway, great app, thank you! Kudos...
