Reviews

Can you update the game please.

I love the game but can you guys updat it so that the game uses the whole screen of my IPhone X. And add some more features and building that you can enter in. Also, add some-more EasterEggs. And make it that where you can buy yourself a house and make the map more bigger and open the game more so that you can do some-more stuff.

Amazing

Thank You Brian! I’ve had this game since its first release on Steam and GOG and have to say I’m a huge fan. The game plays great though I would recommend a mobile game controller if you have, or can afford one. If not, no worries for it’s pretty easy to grasp if you’ve played other games on smartphone that use V control like Slay, Goblin Sword, etc. You can also customize the controls to your liking in the options menu. I’ve played an hour of the game as of this post and must say I am truly satisfied, and have deleted a few games off my device. There are plenty of mini games in RCR alone that I’ll be focusing more on those over what’s just sitting around on my iPod 4. Btw, the game plays perfect on iPod 4! Welcoming news for those (including myself) who have yet to upgrade to iPod 5 or higher and milking the iPod 4 for what they can get when it comes to gaming. RCR arriving in the App Store unexpectedly is a total surprise and know this little gem will keep me busy for quite a while now that I can take it on the go. Thanks Brian!

I'm so happy they finally made this for mobile! I bought the original on my 3ds and I love it. The controls are strange, yet you get used to them pretty quickly. The story and extras are amazing. Great job!

Retro City Rampage... On iPhone?! Yah I quad-dipped ;)

What is RCR? In short, it started out as a retro style demake of Grand Theft Auto, but got turned into it's own game with a unique story involving time travel and it's littered with tons of pop culture and videogame references. It's loaded with minigames and tons of stuff to unlock that you can use in the free roam made later on. The game's soundtrack consists mostly of chiptune music. I originally played Retro City Rampage on my PC when it came out in 2012, and ended up buying it on PSVITA and 3DS and now I have RCR on my phone! The iOS port is very well done and I was a little unsure how this game would work with touchscreen controls. As an RCR veteran I got used to the controls pretty quickly, and this game also has MFI controller support too! Kudos to VBLANK for making this port and pulling it off very well!

Best FREAKING GAME EVER
