This app does not recover deleted text messages, it only makes a copy of the ones on your phone. I contacted customer support and the guy tried to convince me that it could be done up to 3 years. He told me to go to iTunes and run a manual back up. That once again only backs up what is already on the phone. When I asked for a refund, he deleted our whole conversation and never responded. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR PAY FOR ANY SOFTWARE!

i need to recover text messages for an assault case. i need evidence and it’s only in the messages and since i got a new phone the messages disappeared. i never got the email they were supposed to send. i hope it will come tomorrow because i really need this to work

I downloaded the app in hopes that I could recover text messages that I deleted accidentally. installed this application on both my phone and PC finished the scan but only showed me my existing information nothing that I deleted was available and in order to recover any information you have to pay don’t waste your time

App does nothing but take your email. You need a program on your computer that your phone must be connected to, wait for it to load the data, then you have to buy your own deleted content. Worthless. App is a waste of space. Puts your email on a list for future advertisements and promotional material. Not free at all.
