Gorgeous filters, a few limitations

Love the filters! They make photos look vintage, more colorful, more natural... they fit any vibe. Limitations: 1) for some reason, I can’t edit pictures that I uploaded from my Panasonic camera to iphone? So I can’t really use Retrica for much ? 2) it crashes frequently

This app has seriously the best filters! I can quickly make photos 10x better. But everytime I scroll through filters too long or too fast or something it always crashes and it’s so frustrating!! It’s been like this for a long time too. Please fix this!
Seems like a good idea, but UI/UX is beyond bad.

The problem is that it focus too much on the filters and the camera. But it seems you have a whole social media app behind, which seems much more attractive than the boring filter app. Sorry but this could be a commercial success, specially since Instagram/Facebook is failing to be a trusted platform, this could be an awesome alternative, but it lacks a focus on that. As a simple camera filter app, there is not much features compared to other filters apps. Great potential, but complete waste of time.

No way to upgrade

Tried to upgrade a dozen times. The app continually says the subscription has expired. Apple says it’s Retrica’s issue. Retrica says it’s an App Store issue. Still got charged. Update - developers suggested I “restore purchases”. Sorry guys - I tried that dozens of times.
