I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but do I have to purchase credits or something before using the app? I’m unable to make any changes to my pictures so please help.

This app is amazing. Prices are great, work is top quality, and developers are super responsive. Best retouching app out there. Hopefully as this app progresses we get more options to enhance photos such as lighting, skin quality etc.

You will be amazed at what they can do with your photo, you look natural! The y/white pics are like Hollywood actresses! They make you look younger! I love the way I have I look normal, not photoshop. I have used them for >year. Awesome app, people! If U don't like it, they redo, give U points, every . They really do aw some work. I appreciate how they are so sincere and respectful! I love my looks! The app is worth the cost especially if your using photo on website as seller. I liked that it took years away from my face without looking fake! Great app!

I purchased 220 credits (totally $8) and I don’t see my credits....my balance still says 5 and it will not permit me to have any photos retouched since my balance appears to be low even tho it isn’t! Please help or refund my money....thank you!
