Contents of the app are good but app keeps freezing while my daughter uses it.

I bought this app for my 2 year old, and he loves it, but it stops working repeatedly. I'm forced to reboot my iPad in order to regain control. I have contacted the app's support folks. Maybe they can fix it. For now, two stars.

Crashes after 3 letters!

I want a refund. The app crashes and freezes on both iPads! I have all the preschool prep videos. I can't believe they would ruin their reputation with something so faulty! Again, I want a refund!!!

Just installed this and now it remains frozen on the letter J. Turning off the iPad does not help, I will have to uninstall this after I already paid. This stinks.
