Resuscitation! is the award-winning virtual patient simulator that makes learning medicine addictive! Resuscitation gives you a case presentation of a patient who is ill, and you play the role of the health care provider. You are in control and can take a history, perform a physical exam, develop a differential diagnosis and administer therapy to treat the patient’s underlying problem. Good but flawed.

It’s a fun app, but it is buggy. It force closes ALL THE TIME. Every 2-3 cases, it will force close. I wouldn’t mind except it doesn’t save any of your progress, so you have to start the case all over. There also also a few typos here and there. But my main issue is that it force closes several times a day and erases the entire case when it does.

This app is wonderful for paramedics, nurses, and physicians. However, the app needs to update the protocols to align with recent NREMT standards and medications that paramedics can give.
