Frustrating.

I have complained repeatedly in emails that this game glitches a lot but it still isn't fixed. It still ha many of the same problems like syncing issues. I lots another 300,000 due to another glitch. I complained after the first 600,000 I lost but they accused me of blocking my door and said they couldn't do anything about it. I really don't think they listen anyway. I still play the game but their are too many pop ups. Too many limited time challenges that can't be finished. It irritates me when some of the furnishings go away so I can't buy them any more. Too many things that require gems but gems are difficult to get. The gift back button doesn't work right. There are lots of issues with the game that I get irritated with but I keep hoping they'll fix some of them. I really wonder about their IT squad and their programmers.
love the game, hate the ads and pricing

I've been playing this game for over four years now. the game itself is addicting and fun, except for the absolutely annoying ads that you get spammed with every time the app refreshes. I will also never buy anything from this game because of the astronomical gem prices and no option to opt out of ads. seriously, if I wanted to play the game you keep spamming me with I would. but not because of some annoying ad that I HAVE to click on.

I can't play because all of the stupid games pop up right as I enter the game and I lose happiness because I can't prepare food in time to feed them and it ticks me off because nobody wants to play those stupid games its advertising. But the game I would rate a 4 but not because of the adds they are annoying. I even tried downloading the other games and they were horrible so they need to stop advertising them.

This effing game glitches way too much like it gets you irritated they need to fix this asap like come on people actually like to play this game so why not try to improve it otherwhise i think i might just delete the app if they don't fix it!!!!????????

Too many starter pop ups causes app to freeze while it says processing until I redownload the game.

This is a lovely game. Like I love it, but in order to do certain things you have to have a certain amount of neighbors, and it didn't give me the option to invite friends from Facebook. Only email and messaging.

I truly love this game, so much fun and I like now how you can watch videos and gain gems, I think it pretty neat love decorating my bakery too lol☺️??

Ive been playing this game for years and i still enjoy it until today. I just wish the gem vending machine keeps collecting gems and not have the player collect one gem at a time. Other than that, it is a fun and addicting game ??
