If you lose any coins, gems, or purchased items through a glitch you will not get them back. Also, if you paid real money for the item, you will not be refunded. They are not supporting this, and many of their other games. I would give any S8 games a pass. (I’ve been a loyal player for several years). Also, they are not releasing new items, but recycling old items from other games once in a while. These used to be my favorite games—you could get very creative, and there was a great community feel. Many of my neighbors have left the game for the same reasons. ??

I was just wondering why the food takes so dang long! You’ve got the breakfast food that only takes a couple of minutes, but besides that, all of the other foods take hours and days. Like for example, macaroni and cheese does not take twelve hours to make! Or spaghetti. It takes a day to make which is REALLY WEIRD. Not only is it weird but insane! And then when you run out of food, all you have time to make is some French toast.(which makes your restaurant look very cheap) Everyone knows food doesn’t take that long to make.(depending on what it is)So maybe a future update could change this... :P

This game is fun, but there are far too many glitches and it needs to be updated. I no longer get the option to watch free videos to get gems. Every time I open the game it freezes and says processing then I have to force close the app and go back in for it to work. Please update it! There are quite a bit of bugs that need to be fixed.

Played this game and Bakery Story years ago and came back, because I honestly enjoy them. For 3 days now I am not getting the gold for the food I put out and serve and when I tap my tips, it gives me maybe 2 gold instead of 20 like it says. It also doesn’t give anything when I watch the video to double my coins. It is doing this on both games and when I emailed you guys I got an email back saying you can’t fix the problem with currency. Giving it 2 until fixed.

1. make goals easier-less expensive and time consuming (or allow longer time for completion if has an excessive amount of things to complete). give better/more rewards especially for difficult missions 2. allow flooring and wallpaper to be sold. most are bought only to complete goals and are not useful otherwise, cluttering inventory and taking up more of huge memory game uses 3. add new things more often 4. add option to gain coins as well as gems by watching more than current ten ads per day 5. let old goal items be unlocked for everyone eventually

Needs to be updated for iPhone X

The game is fun. Definitely still has the glitch that says “processing”. My main complaint is that this game has not been tested on an IPhone X. Once you get the game open it’s literally impossible to get out of the game unless someone texts you or you get a notification. This app needs work guys!

I used to play this game several years ago when I was a little kid, and I enjoyed it more than I ever anticipated. I had to discontinue playing because I got a new device, but I started playing it again recently. I put lots of time into the game and was enjoying it until all of my progress arbitrarily disappeared. Uninstalled it immediately, cried, showered, and cried some more. Despite that, this game is lit af fam ??
