I agree with a lot of the people. It’s impossible to expand when you have to gather so many items and they don’t even give out the items needed. I love the game. Had it for years but I stopped playing it because of that.

I used to love this game as well as Bakery Story 2. But Storm 8 hasn’t updated either in at least 2 years. No new recipes or kitchen appliances. The cruises in RS always have the same food. I’ve been at lvl 60 for over a year so I’m pretty sure that’s the farthest you can go. The little food truck always says something exciting is coming soon, but it never comes. Neither does that wrecked ship. And now when I try to expand the restaurant the game says I can’t until I reach lvl 80 which I’m convinced the game doesn’t go that far. And forget about customer service or forums because they NEVER answer. There’s really no point in even playing anymore which is unfortunate because I loved this game.

It’s impossible to finish a catering event. That needs to be fixed. Also, why does it take so long for some things to be restocked? It’s a bit ridiculous! My daughter enjoys it even though she does get frustrated with it sometimes.

Needs to be more to do, plus the wait times are so long to collect ingredients and a lot of the time it bugs out, takes your money, and you don’t get the ingredient. You have to wait double the amount of time.

I love the game but I hate that some task require you to connect to Facebook. I don’t have a Facebook and it not fair that I can’t complete a quest just because I don’t have a social media page. Then the videos don’t play that will get you free gems. Ever since I downloaded the game the video has been unavailable and I haven’t gotten not one gem from a video.

This game is pretty neat but with all of the glitches you can’t really enjoy the game. You become more frustrated than elated!

Why do you guys make it so difficult to expand, upgrade, etc! The things required like nails and blue prints require a waiting game. Give me a for sure way to earn them. I feel like your in control of how long I wait for these instead of giving me a for sure direction on how to earn them. Plus I can't get in without 50 billion pop ups!! Please stop this I almost dread having to get on because of this!! Just stop already!! PLEASE!! But also... The original was SO much fun and this one is as well BUT what's up with all the capacities!?! I mean come on!!! Also let us gift each other more and receive more and HAVE MORE GIFT SELECTIONS!!!!!!!! There's so many restrictions its gets frustrating to play. "Capacity full!!!!" Ughhhhhh "4000 of your friends didn't receive the gifts you sent BC of dumb reasons but 1 did" SERIOUSLY!?! Plus longer cook times with more servings in the beginning as well would be nice!! EVERYTHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! I get you want to make money but 8 gems for a wood divider? 280 gems for a fountain?! Lol I'm all about buying gems but not for prices like those!! And OMG again with the "limits"!!! If I want to buy 50 tables LET ME!!! Quit putting LIMITS ON EVERYTHING!!! SO ANNOYING!!!! I mean tables?!? Really?! One thing I don't like about all the team lava games is that it gets confusing on which of your neighbors you have visited for the day. It would be nice if it would show that we've already visited them. It gets confusing on which ones I visited. 5 ? when this all changes! Sorry have to be honest...sometimes newer isn't better!!!?
