Paid for the ability not to customize my background

Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed that the ability to customize the background for video was advertised but is not available in this app. If at possible, I’d like my 2.99 back because that is unacceptable. Deleted the app.

This app does not cut my videos like it shows, it puts two different video boxes onto the screen overlapping each other and then has the background behind them. I just purchased this and I would like a refund please.

Doesn’t work! Every time I save a video, it is literally a green screen with audio..can’t believe I wasted my money on this
