Very useful for my genealogy research notes.

Great helper!!

I love this app. I can easily carry this down the isles of genealogy libraries and not lose my momentum.

Fabulous logger

This app is very well put together, it's easy to manage and easy to use. So far I haven't found any bugs. Highly recommended!

Not Bad

RAM1954

It is not a bad app. Recommended enhancements: for the source and location it would be nice if the fields could be drop downs so that the same information does not have to be typed over and over again.

Great Family History Logger

Ignore the low stars. They must be a glitch because I don't see any one star reviews much less 5. I hate hand writing anything these days and i like to keep everything electronic for easy access and sharing. So I'm thrilled to find this app that lets me keep research logs on my iPad. Pony up a buck, you will be glad you did.

Basic, yet solid.

This application was developed in 2010 missing iOS 5 support, but it does simple things well enough. I challenge the dev to take it to the next level, especially considering there's currently no competition within this specialized niche, and the strong need for an app like it.

Please make more versatile

SoCal Lady

I am not using this app to record my ancestors but to keep research notes I have for my novel. It seems the developer designed it more for ancestral research. The app needs to reflect many uses not just family history. This is the ONLY app dedicated to keeping research notes please make it more useful for other types of research . Can you update this app so I can edit the topic heading? I need to remove Ancestor and give the logs my own title!

Uuhhh...

Would love to be able to write my to do list for each person with each person and not on a separate page. It would. Also be nice if we could check each item off the to do list as its done. Just sayin... :) but I like the app and think its a great idea!

Not worth it

Yeolderocker

Does not allow adding log entries, can not change without issues. Had to change sample entries to get started. Just not worth the hassle. A waste of money!

Needs more work

I was expecting more. The only two things I could do when entering a log was add the name of the person for whom I was doing research, and a note. I couldn't add a date or a source. There wasn't a way to search on sorces or dates. Not sure how this is going to help me keep accurate records of my research
