I found a way, if you save it to your notes you can go into your notes then save the video to camera roll, hope this helped

This app used to be so good because you could save videos to your camera roll and most other apps don't do that... but if you update they get rid of that feature and now I feel there's no point to this app anymore.

This app is really good for when you see something on Instagram that is funny and you want to always have it you can save it in your camera roll and watch it over and over amazing isn't it!!!!
