It keeps saying failed

When I go to get my audio music on Instagram and download it to this app it keeps saying failed and my wifi is perfectly fine and my phone is in good condition.
Nice app, but has its issues.

Overall I like the app, but there are a few issues I don’t care for. 1) $4.99 to remove watermarks or the tags is a bit much in my opinion. Why not just advertise the app for $.99-$1.99 and it already removes the tags/watermarks? $5 is just being greedy. 2) When I wait a few days before reposting videos it says there’s an error and won’t even show me more than a picture of the video. I have to go back and find the same video on that persons feed and do the entire process all over again.
