Have tried uploading a variety of videos, paid for the pro option but every time I try to repost a video the app crashes. I feel duped and there’s no one to contact for my $ back

I’m having the problem of not being able to scroll onto the next video I wanna post. When there is two videos on one link on the app only the first video or photo will pop up any way to fix this?
