Crashes all the time

Once I upload the pictures, the app will crash. You guys need to fix that. No point using this app

Not only did this app not work, customer service was no help and it took days for them to reach back out to me after contacting them 3 times. Their advice on what to do never solved the problem and by that time, I had missed the deadline. Worst company and app I've ever dealt with.

You can get as far as uploading a picture. When you click next the app crashes and shuts down and does not save the picture. This is the worst app I've ever (tried) to use.
