But the app consistently takes me to a screen where I can’t do anything as if it froze or crashed. Have to close it and restart. When I filter tickets it doesn’t actually apply the filter. The only mine option on appointments doesn’t work. Don’t get your hopes up that this app will help you in anyway meaningful. Android app was slightly better. Not much though.
