Decidedly not very lovely first experience

This app is just broken broken broken!! You can't look through pictures of any given property without the next image immediately zooming in and unable to zoom out or exit the gallery view. Logging in with Facebook does.... Nothing. It feels like this app was released too early without being finished with how rough the experience is. I won't be using it again.

I don’t use the email inbox. Calling people is always best when finding an apartment and you can call directly. I love this app because it’s super easy to navigate and you can find gems in areas that you wouldn’t normally find anywhere else. I use this as well as other apps but always go to this one first.

This app is crap. I try to log in and it crashes. I try to view pics and while I swipe to the next image, it zooms in too much and then I’m locked, forcing me to quit the app and reopen it. The website is better.

I have been trying to use this app however it continues to freeze up and I have to delete it and re-store it. It also does not let you send notifications to landlords. An error occurs every time I tried to send an email. Also did Facebook login feature does not work.

Great for general searching but impractical as an all in one app

I like how expansive this app is but offer the app will “forget” things that I star or favorite. It often won’t send messages or indicate an error message when I try to reach out to property managers. I wish it were more consistent.

This has been my favorite go to for apartment scouting. It found my home of 3 years during college and many others it competed with. I’ve always used this to look at other cities for possible rentals including DC, NYC, Austin, and more. Now I’m trying for Seattle. I would like to point out that right now there seems to be a bug. The app only works when it wants to right now (it’s been two weeks) and it only gives me the wheel of death instead of pins. It allows me to put in my filters but will not load anything. This has occurred on two different internet providers, using cellular, and after forcing it to quit, deleting and redownloading, and getting rid of any cookies or space on my phone. It works completely fine on a computer, the app just needs a doctors visit I think. I would like to add any advice for people using any apartment apps. Don’t email the seller or renter. Landlords are known for ignoring emails as phone calls show more about a person than other forms of contact. Don’t blame this app for a landlord that won’t email you back. That’s on the landlord not on Lovely. Always call.

So the app is basically useless I’ve only had it for a day and already noticing that you can’t really do anything on there. I couldn’t even create an account. The concept is good but the app needs a lot of work
