Work Great Before and Now not so Much

First off, I use to love this app it was perfect for a lazy person like me and it ran seamlessly on Windows 10 and Mac fine. But, when I updated my computer to Windows 11, this app became a nightmare and in some situations it worked and other it just gives a connection failure. The manual connection connect function doesn’t do anything at all. This app need a update for Windows 11 user because it doesn’t want to work and it so annoying. Thanks for your guys hard work tho!!!

I installed this app, it works great. You have to download it on your PC as well for it to work. This morning I opened up my computer and went to a program called NetLimiter, which tells you how much each program is uploading/downloading. Remote Mouse was uploading at 3kbit/s. Why would they be uploading if I haven’t even opened up the app? Use this app at your own risk. Don’t believe me? Check it out yourself.

I would love to recommend this app but I absolutely cannot, I used the free version for months with no issues, worked great! So about 2 weeks ago I decided to upgrade to pro, and now it doesn't work at all, I've tried everything I can think of to make it work, and it just doesn't. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, I tried to reach out to the company and several hours later not even a response.
