I purchased the full version The app does not work. It will not connect from my iPad to my macbook pro even when I try all the instructions. There is not customer support available. There is no way to get a refund.

Will not connect even when typing in the IP address manually. Followed the "easy connect guide" and fails every time. App deleted, try again Mr. Developer.

It worked before I bought the real version and since then it has not worked. I am quite disappointed as I have a presentation first thing in the morning. This is not good.

The help page contains no instructions on how to "Start the server" It could not detect keynote running on my Mac. Manual connect did not work either.

I did not have any problem connecting and being able to advance slides with the latest Keynote. However (unless you upgrade to the Pro) it will only run it from the “current” slide. Also it does not show the slides or the notes, with a note that Apple disabled this.

Tried it.... I couldn't even get it working on 1 single presentation. It kept giving me an "open presentation" dialog every secod even when the presentation was open, totally worthless app, Dont waste your time with it!

I have found this unreliable. It fails to connect 75-90% of the time (using various network types, including ad-hoc, including attempts with firewalls disabled). When it does connect, it only manages to stay in sync with the PC for a couple of slides, then it just doesn't update and no longer functions for controlling the slideshow. In addition, there seems to be no way to receive support - I have looked in the app and on the website, and both only have a few canned troubleshooting tips, and no way to request help.

Seems like it is very hard to find an app to remote control Powerpoint 2016 on a mac, using an iPhone, and this app is just another fail. While it does work, the interface is terrible (won’t even remember a connected IP address) and the server side code blows up in Yosemite all the time. The app also does not display all the slides on the phone as it should, and there is no email support that I can find. I would like to rate this app higher, but without any help fixing the problems that I have, I can’t recommend this app at all.
