How can I change settings on my system if I don’t have the remote?? That’s the whole point of downloading the remote control, because I don’t have it.

You guys must know after seeing all the comments to NOT get this app. It crashes and there are pop ups. You cannot even use the remove it’s a scam for more downloads. Repeat: Do NOT get!
