As the other reviews show, this app is for gopro4 black. The sucky part was the app does not show any reviews or ratings for this app. I was dumb and purchased without seeing the reviews.

Can't find the GoPro

Having checked all the settings, checked for updates, this app still can't find the brand new GoPro camera... in my living room! Wonder if it will ever find it at 12,000 feet. Bummed.
Can't find a Hero4

Thought this app was to remote control a Hero5. On startup says it cannot a Hero4 to connect to.

Won't let me do anything except trying to connect. And it always says "cannot find hero 4 black... Try again". Well of course you can't find a hero 4 because I own a hero 5 black and downloaded a hero 5 app. Just burn your $15 and save the storage on your phone

Clearly the developers do not care about making an app that works. False advertising. Won't connect. Doubt it will ever connect. "Improved connectivity" was the last update. Still won't connect to hero 5. Stay away. Stay far far away. I'll be finding a way to get my money back shortly.

Just download Capture app for free. This App does not connect to the GoPro Hero 5 like it states it will.
