Notifications don’t disappear

Love everything except that even once you have checked the notifications, some never seem to disappear. It causes me to miss new messages.

Easy to use and very helpful. Can you make the font larger? The font is a little too small.
Where? You get a notification that you have a message. Not clearly indicated

Hard to navigate. You receive notifications that there are messages on the app. You open it up, and nothing. If you click on messages, or a teacher, there it is for you to write a message and no indication on how to go back for a different teacher or go back to the home page. Very frustrating. Not clear where to retrieve information or contact teachers
