Love it but needs improvements

We use it every day to send daily sheets out to parents but we need to create a new conversation every day. There should be a send file option on an existing conversation. It creates so many messages it’s hard to keep track.

THE TRUTHFUL REVIEWER?

I love the remind app? It is so easy to stay in contact with my teachers especially now during COVID 19. Instead of emailing my teachers hoping that they would check their email and respond right away I can send a quick text and it pops up on their phone. And within about 2 minutes I have a response. This was a genius app for kids and parents. You should really try to this it makes my life a lot easier and hopefully it will makes yours easier too. ?

Too many notification to read notifications via the app, email, etc. when the teachers are still sending the same information in separate emails and school platforms.

Just deleted the whole account. I got a message about a new phone number added. I did not add anything. I tried to go in and take a look, that was hard! I tried to go online... nope can’t do that! Tried to create a ticket... nope have to select an article because evidently this is how’s it done. I don’t need this app! Done. Done. Done. Deleted! Good luck sounds like they having some security issues!
