Love the app, but you have to delete and add again to clear cache

I’ve been using the app for over a year and love it, but I wish you didn’t have to delete it and re-add it to clear the cache. When you make lots of videos, it will get to a point where it won’t save to your phone without an error. Each time it has happened to me, you have to clear out the cache and to do it, you have to remove the app from your phone. I wish they’d create a button for that. Also, you can only use their proprietary non-copyrighted music, even as a Relive Plus member. I wish you could use copyrighted music like on Instagram stories.

Great app and is fun to share my rides with people who don’t ride. But as a paying customer I should not have to deal with “suggested” people to follow in my feed. That’s absurd. That’s for free leechers and is no different then an ad. If that continues I will cancel my sub when it’s up. Garmin activity no longer uploading automatically. Maybe due to the cyber attack on garmin but who knows. Also not a single one of my runs has ever uploaded to Relive. They are in Garmin. All my rides upload.

….until I tried the upgrade, at which point it stopped reading the tracking information from the paddleboard apps I use on my Apple watch. Before I tried the update it transferred the tracking from both the Waterspeed and Watersports Tracker apps. I Tried the update because I wanted more flexibility for editing the Relive video. Ever since I tried the upgrade it will no longer import the tracking information from my Apple watch, as it did when I was using the free version. Now that I am back to the free version it STILL is not working. Now it is just taking up space in my phone. I might as well delete it. It now says “Whoops! We are unable to import this activity because there is no route available in Apple Health”. This was not the case for my first few months of use

My runs have not updated in over ten months. I have followed all steps but still no progress. I have been paying a monthly subscription for nothing. This was a great app.

I been charge for a membership that I don’t use for 2 year. and a try to canceled many times and still get charge for this app that I haven use not even ones. no one is able to help and answers if you have any cuestión And there is no phone number to call if you have any problems or try canceled. Last year a tried to cancel before my Rene day and still get charge. Now my renew is Cumin and for sure I will get charge again???? Hope any only one know hot to cancel for one something that you don’t need.

I want to be able to turn off the challenges and goals so they don’t put the stupid looking narcissist badge embedded on the video at the end. Please remove it or give us the option to turn it off or on. I canceled my subscription because of this.
