Fun game

A pretty good game but a bit confusing on occasionally. Energy Takes longer than I’d like for energy to build back up.
Can’t connect to Facebook or ask friends for help

I have tried to contact the developers for help with no reply. I cannot connect to Facebook. And I cannot play the game from Facebook because it says I have to leave Facebook to play. And when I try to connect from the game it says I have to ask in app rep for permission. I have upgraded everything I could and it says to ask friends for tickets but since I cannot connect to Facebook I can’t ask friends for any help at all. On Facebook I asked for help and no one messaged me back. They sent me two sites to go to and I messaged both but nobody’s replying. So now I can’t play the game anymore because I can’t upgrade any of the games anymore than I have already. The game is fun but I can never win any of the items that I’m trying for and some of the items I have to get are in levels that are 5 to 10 times higher then I’m at. I’m at level 20 and I am still trying for 3 items that I’ve been trying to get since I started and people have sent me friend request and I have requested items from them which I never get either. And every three games I play they throw an ad in. So I might as well delete the game since I can’t play it anymore.

The game keeps closing down on me while in the middle of a game and I lose my energy that I used to start the level! Please fix this asap!
