I love this app. It really is customizable. You. An use a guided meditation or customize sounds for your own meditation or relaxation. I love that it has a timer as well. Totally worth it

I use this app first thing in the morning to set my positive attitude for the day. I also use it throughout the day to relax when getting stressed. Great for bedtime as well to unwind from the day.
