$80 later and it did nothing. You upload to ur pc and connect your device. Does all this fancy scanning and recovers nothing...wish there was a zero star Don’t buy!!!!

This app deserves 0 stars. Doesn’t recover nothing and when you call to get a refund it takes forever still waiting on mine.

I accidentally deleted text messages including pictures of my son. So after doing the initial scan I paid the $50 for the full version, only to learn the one thing I needed wasn’t recoverable. I guess I should have known how the system works, but I wish they had just let me know that not ALL messages are recoverable before I spent the money. Not happy.

Accidentally deleted a message purchase this product installed it on my laptop it ran a scan said it found deleted text so I paid $59 all it found was old deleted text not the one I just deleted

They allow you to download the app for free, They get your information and then they ask you for $60 to get your stuff . Really its disappointing app.

The other reviews are correct. The app costs money to get back most data. But if you click to leave it prompts you as to why. I chose "too expensive" and got a coupon for half off. So I paid the $30 and it did download all my deleted texts. And I got the ones back that I needed. So. Worth it for me. Be warned, for $30 you only get 5 phone scans. It is up to you to decide what is worth it.

Don't waste your time and money. It does not work. Recovers very few texts. They also do not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. Horrible customer service. Do not be fooled, pass this app up.
