I'm sure it's good information, but I literally cannot get past the first screen. It becomes completely unresponsive on loading. I'm on an iPhone 5S running iOS 9.3.4.

Complete waste. Doesn't actually provide state laws as that information is missing. That's the whole reason I downloaded the app.
