Unable to get trim to work Inadequate documentation No response to request for help

I originally bought this app over a year ago. You could record, listen, send, etc. and all you had to pay was the minutes you use. Now you have to pay for that functionality to send, listen over 60 seconds, etc....even though I already purchased minutes. Those functions costs more. Would have been one thing if I bought it that way but they changed AFTER I bought it. Going to contest charges. Just get one way cheaper for flat rate that gives you everything. Typical app crooks.

You have to pay for all features on the app a la carte. I needed to trim an MP3 audio file and I had to purchase that feature to access it. I purchased it. Then when I went to trim the audio, it told me that it cannot trim MP3 files.... I wish I knew that BEFORE I bought that feature. Pointless.

I have been using this app for 9 months, and the recent update deleted ALL of my recordings. My recordings were of my first born. Her first noises, first laughs, the first time we heard her heartbeat, and more. Thanks to this app, they are sounds I'll never get to hear again. I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy. I'm heartbroken.
