I played this game on the Xbox and it was my first jrpg and I loved every minute of it! I'm glad they have this on an app ?

I find this game to be better than original game. I rather have less generations and just be able to focus on fewer characters. Overall there are several improvements to game, nothing outstanding but still nicer graphics and such. Is still a hardy long campaign type SRPG, just wish there were more to chose from. Zero and it's series are great but of course FFT is always going to be my fav of all time.

There is extra content if you play on hard.The game is fun but you'll definitely need a guide in order to get the true ending. There are 3 unlock-able heroines per generation with the last generation being an exception (more waifu!). Don't bother spending points on their stats though, as they don't get inherited to anyone. Besides the waifus, there is a moral choice gauge that carries over to each generation that determines the overall ending. In-game choices each effect the gauge, a heroine's affection, and the actual decision (i.e. cross the bridge or go around the mountain). Some generations are better than others IMO but the cast is likable and the story is decent enough. Any version of this game is worth playing!

I own this game on the PS3 and had no idea it was also available on iPhone so I was very happy ?? this game has the best story anyone could ask for in a game and the combat system is by far my favorite aspect of the game, well that and the characters/story ? if you're an old school turn based RPG player then look no further this is the game for you. 5/5 must play!

I love this game the gameplay and story are really good. I just beat the game for the first time and I'm gonna play it again. I hope they eventually release the 2nd records of Agarest war on the iOS soon cause I want to continue the story.

Awesome game, but a little too tough

This game is really fun! I loved watching playthroughs of this game and playing it myself! The only reason I stopped playing it was because I couldn't beat this boss in second generation. If it weren't for that, I would have played this game until the end! It's really fun, but a little too challenging! I'm a guy who likes to continue the story as soon as possible, and despite the fact that I'm in easy mode, it just pisses me off a little. Or maybe I'm just not that good. Either way, great game!
