App not syncing

bootsiesuchon55

When I first started using this app it’s synced with my fitness pal and the pacer app to log all my steps. In the last 60 days it’s not logging anything no nutrition no steps no exercise, it’s not working at all. Sure wish I could find something that would sync everything together for me.

Love layout, need Fitbit sync

tjzoom7

I want to love this app. Unfortunately, Fitbit sync only tracks steps accurately. It won’t sync my sleep (despite making it a priority device) and can’t sync my Fitbit workouts. Add those and 5 stars!

Works!!

TexasTbird

I have UA record connected to MyFitnessPal and use Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones with HRM. I also use Garmin Connect to record running/cycling/golf. But the HRM on the Garmin 935 doesn’t work well when lifting weights, I use he headphones for gym workouts. I find the ability to track calories and macro-nutrients on MyFitnessPal to be super helpful. The UA Record App works seamlessly with MFP to keep me honest and focused.

Use has increased my activity

Works well with my fitness pal food log

Easy

Ebimoto

It’s easy to use, first time back after almost 1 1/2 years, lazy about recording...did not seem to track Apple work out

Sync

I like this app but it’s easier to log information into MyFitnessPal which gives more information. Maybe they can sync together but I haven’t been able to make that happen so I’m logging the same information into two apps!

Works great for me

kwonsoonwrong

I appreciate the fact that I can simply log my nutrition as light, medium, or heavy for the day. I want to keep a general record of my good and bad diet days that it relative to me, but I always eventually fail at counting and logging calories and meals. I haven’t had an issue with the app or synching to my UA band. In fact, it is the best experience I’ve had between it, Fitbit, Misfit, and Vector Watch. However, I don’t recommend buying a band because mine has a faulty display and I have found a rash of others online with the same issue. But regarding the app, I would use this app to track my goals and steps by syncing to my phone’s motion data if my band breaks completely.

Great App

If you want to record your distance walked and keep a great work out routine, this is the app for you!

Love it.

Love this app. It’s awesome. Better then Nike!

Data Input

I have issues with the input of data from the Apple Watch to the Record App on the phone. The Work out App on the watch will not show up in the Record App. So I don’t get counted for my exercise in the Record App. Why have the Record App on the Watch if it does not record the data with the Workout App on the phone. If I use the Workout App it gets counted in the Health App and the Watch App. There’s a disconnect somewhere. If Record is so good why want it input the data across the Apps. I’m at a point of not using the app but the only reason I do is because it works well with MyFitnessPal (nutrition and the steps). I’m writing this in hopes of a fix. Thanks
