I personally really enjoy this app. It’s simple to use when you are rushing around the gym. Syncs to my Apple Watch every time and doesn’t interfere with my music except for short, concise updates.

The most important aspect of this app is the workouts. Your app provides a different level of detail and suggestion for workouts. Intensity, science, and a holistic view of sleep, exercise, steps, and nutrition. PLEASE. Please allow Apple Watch workouts to sync automatically into the workout quadrant. Everything else syncs automatically. Why is this crucial feature defunct?

As a cross training athlete it is great to be able to see how sleep and nutrition affect your day to day performance, and I like the goal-oriented design of the dashboard.

The app is good besides the fact the if you want to discard a workout, it'll continue tracking you around. I discarded a workout before I went to bed and woke up to 401 exercise minutes on my watch. Not the first time this has happened either.

Would be a great move forward if the app synced with my activity. It’s dumb that I have to run but the activity app on my iwatch and the under armour workout app on the iwatch. It tracks my steps why not the workouts?

Good overall fitness app

This is a good overall fitness app. Works well with Apple watch and seamlessly syncs with Apple health app. It has a lot more capabilities than I am aware of and I am not using all of its features. If I was using all of the features I probably would give it a 5 star rating.
