i have major depression and anxiety, and this app has helped me so much. i just sit down for 10 minutes and give myself a little therapy session. its the perfect way to prevent a panic attack. great app.

The free version of this app is good but very limited. They offer free daily items to color but after 24 hours lock you out so you have to Subscribe.
