I have been waiting weeks and nothing. Fix it please. Also bring back the links where we can click on products and it goes to the website. This used to be a great magazine but I don't know any more I can't read it!

This app is horrible. Don't waste your money. They updated the app, and when you run the update your library goes away. They claim they will restore your purchases, but nothing happens. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Love RECOIL! Really annoyed with recent update (aug17). Instead of fixing a "bug" I never had, it has created a never ending loop where it tries to restore my purchases but never really does. I've contacted app cust svc and they keep sending me back to app store.
Enjoy the magazine but the app is crap

I used to be able to read the digital magazine whenever I wanted but now it takes forever to get the purchase restored. What did I do to have to restore my purchase every time I want to read the magazine? The answer of restore purchase and then wait 24 hours to read and is a copout from the developer. I've been trying to read the latest issue for over a week now. Do I come back everyday to try to read it? No as I have other things in life to do but when I want to read it it should not be a process to read the magazine. I'm at the point of wanting my money back for my subscription because of how crappy the app is performing for me

As much as I love this magazine I cannot continue to use this app! It crashes alot and I cannot even view my subscription half of the time! Also when I contact customer service about the prob all they inform me to do is uninstall and reinstall the app and then state that they are not having the same problems I am! Smh!

Having purchased in print before, I can tell you it's a decent magazine. However the delivery method via this app is pitiful. Even during the free trial the issues won't download. Purchases after subscribing won't restore. No one wants to wait 24 hours for purchases to restore (as suggested by CS). That's not a helpful reply from customer support. That's crossing your fingers. No one wants to deal with customer support when they download an app in the app store. It's a pain in the butt. CS, stop offering individual support, and take some time to fix your app. Efficiency sells, this garbage won't. to the CS reply: every time I try to re-download as per your instructions, It attempts to charge me. so just stop. I don't want your product anymore. Too much trouble.

Subscribed for years... The same issues as everyone else. No back issues restored, no connectivity with your current offering whatsoever. Boo... Update 9/25/17: Still no remedy. Not being able to access things I've paid for is unacceptable.
