Great app

This is very user friendly. So much better than the one I was using previously. I love that it syncs with all of my devices

Syncing is terribly misleading. Want money back!!!

Tried the free version and really like it. My wife and I meal plan and wanted to share / add recipes. The paid app says that you can sync across devices. WHAT THEY FAIL TO MENTION is that you can only share across devices on the same Apple account. What’s the point of this?? This means my wife and I can’t share recipes because she obviously has her own Apple account. Terrible design and misleading. Please refund my money!

Easy to use

Surethanks

Works really well to add recipes from the web.

Best meal planning money I’ve spent

I love the versatility and functionality of this app. I use a meal planning recipe service, but found that repeating meals and adding my own tried and true favs into the mix meant extra work making shopping lists and keeping track of printed recipes. With recipe keeper I spend a few minutes importing new recipes from my recipe service each week and Voilà! I have reusable, organized recipes in my repertoire. Plus I can add a few “recipes” for taco night or hot dogs for the kids to my calendar and the shopping list is done without a second thought about whether I have those staple ingredients on hand. My shopping trips are more efficient and flexible with recipe keeper than with other shopping list generators I’ve used. All in all, the features are great—and the ability to have everything on my phone and iPad (in the kitchen) synced is brilliant. Definitely recommend.

very nice

Misleading

I originally downloaded this on my Mac and added tons of recipes to it. I then downloaded it on my iPhone and purchased the pro version so I could sync the two. It says that iOS, Android, and Windows apps are sold separately. I assumed that my Mac and iPhone would qualify as the same system, since they’re both Apple. I was wrong. I contacted the company and they said it would be the additional $5.99 for each device, which defeats the whole purpose of syncing it. I asked if I could then have a refund for the pro version I did buy and return to just the basic version. They never responded after that. Unprofessional and misleading. I’m disappointed, because it really is a great app beyond that.

I’m so grateful for this app

I’ve typically used Pinterest for my recipes, but it had so many limitations. What do i do if i want to save my brother’s homemade salsa recipe? Or my MIL’s breakfast casserole? What if the recipe i love is lost when the link expires? What about my own adaptations? All these concerns are addressed, and more! I love the grocery list feature and that it sorta by section in the store. If it could search for coupons and make an end of year favorites into a hardback cookbook i could share with family and friends it would be downright perfect! Is there recipe sharing?

Great App for organizing my favorite website recipes

The scan from picture function is really nice. Sometimes the upload from website doesn’t work, but I think that is more of an issue with the websites and not the app.

Great App

Love this app

Awesome but needs some tweaks

ANickNameNoOneElseHas!

Imports are awesome. Ability to edit, awesome. Adjusting the recipe size needs some work. Watch out when doubling or halving! Some adjustments are either not made at all of are adjusted incorrectly! UPDATE: I feel compelled to add the fifth star in spite of the few drawbacks after reading many of the totally unfair one star reviews claiming the company dupes its users in the way it charges for pro. NO THEY DO NOT. Terms are plain if you bother to READ them.
