Better before it was sold!
Frazzled but hopeful
I knew it wasn’t going to be good that you were sold...we liked this app and desktop platform until recently when the auto receipt recognition seems to have stopped working, it won’t fully download to my phone anymore and there are receipts stuck in limbo that won’t approve or save changes. Coincidence that it started right after the announcement of the sale? I think not
Missing a big piece of simplicity

Like others have mentioned, this app is great and would get 5 stars, except the receipts you photo with the app can’t be merged with a downloaded transaction. Also, you can’t attach a photo or doc to a downloaded transaction online. I would also like to see in the app the ability to categorize transaction instead of having to do it online.

Right now, the app thinks it’s offline and I don’t have certain functions, such as uploading receipts.
Very unreliable app

Lately, there have been a lot of issues with the app. I get various syncing errors, receipts can’t be loaded error and such. Have reported them but the technical team is clueless. They also do not have any backups. If something has been accidentally deleted, even if you report it the same second, its gone forever! You would think they ought to have some backups of the images... but nope.
Why not a complete ios app

The Wave is the best accounting software I have ever seen. The only problem that I have with it is accessing the core software by my mobile phone. As you might know the core software is merely accessible by Web browsers and it is absolutely a mess when you want to access it by a mobile browser. It is really strange that Wave has designed an app for invoicing as well as receipting. But THERE IS NO APP to access all of the wave in ios. Hey Wave. Please design one. Thanks. All bahrami.
Good app, but looking to get one app with full set of accounting features

Overall a Good app, does the job of tracking receipts. Easy to take pics and attach for accounting purposes. But I am looking to get one App with full set of accounting features, invoicing, rank reconciliation, expenses, sending receipts for advances etc. Hope, Wave will do it soon.
