Great time savings app for reps

This app works as advertised and was very quick and easy to setup. I like how easy it is to collect my meeting notes, pictures of whiteboard drawings as well as action items into an easy to share PDF. Recapify fills a gap for me as it allows me to update my boss, team members and Salesforce within minutes of walking out of my meeting. I keep detailed meeting notes but it's cumbersome to dig through my notebook weeks/months later to find that information. With Recapify I keep a copy on my laptop and in Salesforce. A must have app for reps that want to sell instead of spending time on data entry.

Loving this app. Let's me capture important notes, pictures, attendee info, follow up items from mtgs - right after the call. No more waiting til I'm back in the office to update multiple systems and mgr's. Integrate w Salesforce to save even more time. Send out the detailed PDF w/ all captured info to all attendees and folks who couldn't make it. Good work, guys!

Great Sales Tool and Time Saver

Recapify allows me to quickly capture my notes immediately following my sales calls and send them to other team members. It saves me a ton of time. It did take me a few times to get use to it, but now I use it religiously.

Great tool for Sales Reps. It allows me to quickly summarize sales calls, send to others and capture attendees contact information. This has the potential to save sales reps a lot of time and also provide their management details needed to understand how a meeting went.

Wow! As someone who's been in technology sales for 15+ years this is the best sales rep-focused app I've ever used. Normally most apps are intended for managers. While they can certainly benefit from the data, this app is meant for sales reps. Seriously. Easy to use, 2 mins to enter my notes (voice to text is way better than Siri), can attach photos, ties to my calendar, slick integration with SFDC (I can link one appt to multiple contacts/accts/opps which you cannot do natively in SFDC), easy to share with colleagues. The folks who built this must definitely be sales reps themselves. Huge fan. Great job Recapify!!

I started using Recapify about a month ago and it's been great. I have an easy way to capture what happened at my meetings, identify attendees, standardize next steps and follow up actions and lay it all out in a great format. This saves me at least 5 minutes after every customer call I have. I'm excited to see where this product will go with integrations and additional features!

Great Productivity App

Started using Recapify a few months ago. It took a little time to get used to, but then I was like 'wow this is easy how was I confused'. I tons of client meetings in a week and it used to a real challenge to keep them all straight. Recapify lets me quickly enter notes about the meet with a few simple taps. Allows me to better follow up with my clients, which clients happy. A great tool for salespeople but really anyone who meets with a lot of client and is struggling with follow up.

After it gains access to your contacts, e-mail address, and calendar, it then stops working until you agree to pay monthly or annually. It would have been nice to know before ganking my personal info that this offered NO trial or testing whatsoever.
