Can’t even sign-up for an account to try the app

Tried signing in with FB then Twitter and then tried setting up an account via email. Every option said “Sorry something went wrong. Please try again.” I tried every option 3 times. I’m done.

I downloaded this app plenty of times and there is always an error in login in. You almost feel like they do not want you to login. VERY FRUSTRATING.

This was so great! I loved using it for my reboot! I highly recommended it to everyone! What happened??? It doesn’t work anymore and most people can’t even download it! So disappointing.

I tried using this apps about 9 months ago. It was, at that time, definitely needing some improvements. I feel that a lot of those improvements have been made. It is much easier to use and more complete. I am thankful for the use of the app compared to the use of the book. T

The free version is essentially worthless

I will pay for this app if it’s stops being free. It’s extremely useful and guided, not sure why it’s free but It is. It really sucked when it stopped working but they got it back up and running. Joe Cross is very successful and humble so I guess this is a way of him giving back to others. Follow him on social media, he’s the real thing!❤️

Can’t even create account

Please fix this app. I really want to use it and it won’t even let me create an account. I tried all the possible ways and it keeps saying it “encountered an error” :/

Cannot log in like I used to. I’ve been having the same problem for weeks.

My experience with Reboot

I enjoyed using reboot however, it was difficult jumping from recipes, to my meal plan, to juicing, back-and-forth every day to get my meal plan in order there should be a simpler way to do this. But I did enjoy doing the rebuild. Also, for $7.99 I feel they should’ve had more than one option and using the reboot. Every time I want to use the app I’m required to pay the $7.99. Which I believe to give me access to the program.

App is functional and helps to keep good track of a juice cleanse. Updates could take this from good to great. In future releases would be great to see the menus interact with each other and be able to pin options. For example- if I choose 3 day reboot juice only, it would be great to pin my juices in advance as well and then check them off the list. Lots of lost time in going between menus especially for long term fasts.
