Price tickers move up and down on the properties and they arrive and go in double quick time - so a careful eye is needed.
Watch out - if you watch for too long and purchase too late, you could lose your investment on a property as it may be snapped up by someone else - well that's just tough luck!

This game is challenging but fun. Buy low, sell high. There's not much connection to real life fluctuations in real estate though. The previous reviewer is correct that waiting until a building price goes all the way down is a risk that you'll loose that money. For reasons that are not explained, buildings sometimes disappear when they hit the bottom. However, if you wait for the price to bottom and go back up a little before you buy, you can easily make good profits.
