Cheating allowed, stealing money

The last game I played, the other player clock stopped in between words. I recorded the video replay of the game— they got 19 words in 15 seconds. Asked the game for refund and they said they don’t comment on reviews yet refused to refund my entry fee. Total scam, I’m curious how many of the games I played that I got cheated. I have the video and will post it on YouTube with a link.

Apparently there is some fancy (cheating) way of playing this game so you win in something like 15 seconds. I refuse to waste my time (and money) playing against people who have found a way to cheat the system. I lost $1.20 to matches this way, and I won’t play anymore until it is refunded and there is a guarantee that people cannot continue to cheat in this way.
I can deposit in my state but can’t play. Terrible!

Too much cheating

This is a great game, except for the fact that there are a ton of cheaters who ePlay and Skillz do not seem to punish. I have lost very much money against these cheaters and have not been offered compensation nor have the players been banned. Neither company seems to care or are just oblivious to how the cheating is done. The cheaters take advantage of the ability to pause the game and find words while the game is paused in the app switcher. This should not be allowed, and I know it can be fixed. For this reason I can only give this game one star as it is the cause of a lot of my money being stolen. If this is fixed, my review would be five stars, but this is inexcusable.

It’s a fun game and great experience ... it’s just a little boring when you play the same people over but other than that it’s a great game
