Easy to use and plug in your info to see if a piece of real estate makes monetary sense. Even gives you a likelihood rating on if a bank will finance you based on the property stats you input.

I am a real estate investment banker and run complex multitiered models to assess acquisitions and developments. I downloaded this as a joke, but have been blown away with its applications and relevance. I use it to model my own personal multi-family acquisitions on the fly. Great job!

I used to use this app as my primary evaluation tool (PHENOMENAL interface and user experience) but the app now won't open. The app will need to open before I can give it a 5-star again, but I'm pumped for that day to come!

Update 12/24/15 RE Analyst with all its add-ons I paid for is now completely worthless. I thought I might be able to utilize this for a few investors and/or customers - but not like this. I've effectively thrown out a bunch of money on this app. The app has been crashing as soon as it opens. I think that started with the latest iOS update. This app is now completely unusable. Too bad. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Previous: Well intentioned, I'm sure, but RE Analyst won't even allow me to enter the correct address. It keeps changing the name of the road to two other different names, both of which are NOT correct alternate names. I hoped this app would be good enough for a quick run through some ProForma numbers, but the result is crap. Sorry folks. Stick with spreadsheets and the many templates available from well know sources, use them in the cloud from your iPhone and make your own report templates. This program for which I had high hopes falls far too short :(

This app does everything I used to do in Excel but is much more user friendly and portable. I really appreciate the ability to target IRRs while on the go and adjust my price as I learn more about a property.

Hello, it appears the summary information for the 10yr is incorrect in the pdf. It is only 1 year above the 5 year. Can you please correct this? If this is fixed, the app could be very useful. thx.

I like the app. It does a great job for the most part. I have wrote the company through their feedback link but they never reply. So if I have trouble I do not expect they will be responsive. If you have this app across multiple devices the sync doesn't work very well or at all. The backup is clunky as well. I have been trying to keep these suggestions private but they developers do not seem to want to engage with their users. After $20 one would think there would be more customer service. There are a few other improvements needed as well.... So be aware that for $20 your gonna go it alone. Now that I have read some of the other reviews I think I better be checking the numbers a little closer.
