When I started things seemed so difficult to process because I didn't know the terminology and etc, after using app for three days I finally went to a real class and some things I already knew the answer to because of this app. Really amazing !

While this app is well set up, easy to use and allows you to learn a ton about real estate none of the questions I had on the National portion of my exam were even close to the questions asked in the app. I feel that I have wasted my money and hours and hours of time because all of the studying I did resulted in not passing the exam. I am able to get a high percentage of questions right on the app but the actual exam didn't have questions that were even similar to these. I passed my state portion just fine in using the state study materials I purchased. Wishing I hadn't used this product and didn't have to go take an expensive test over because I studied the wrong material.
Explanations are very helpful!

When you screw up a question, it explained the correct answer and why it may have been "tricky."

The app is great for understanding concepts. Awesome learning tool since I found it to give me a jump start on material we go over in class. Real estate is not only education, but having a passion for it certainly helps creative learning. Seeing the last review is saddening because those are the people who cry, complain, and make excuses. This app has been helpful to me and I think it's a useful addition to my current studies and material that I'm learning.
Needs to be more state specific

This app is helpful to a point in preparing for the state exams but,too many states use different terminology making it difficult to study the right answers for my state(CA).This app needs an overhaul to make it state specific to effectively study the right terminology correctly.

App is a great study tool for someone getting ready to take the national exam. It gives you the tools Necessary to conceptualize the material, some of it may not be on the national exam but it's better to be over prepared. For the app to be effective, use the daily study goal and meet it daily. If your having trouble applying the material to real world problems/situations I would fully recommend this app.
