I like the fast response time. I'm with a client. They ask "anything else around here?" I push the button. The properties for sale pop up. Nice.
Useful tool to access the MLS

I use this app mostly to quickly search an area in which I happen to be for available real estate. It's easily navigable and has useful features. I can't think of any "cons" so I'm giving it the full 5 stars.
Great app but...

This is a handy app for searching property for sale by price. Unfortunately it will not show properties listed by Masielo in the Maine sea coast area. What's up with that? Since my house isn't showing I can't give it more than 2 stars!

This ap works most of the time. It's very convenient and I prefer to house hunt using it.
Data is stale

Closest homes is a nice feature, but the data is stale (still showing a house that went off the market 2+ weeks ago, not showing houses newly on the market for weeks). Also, when refining the list of homes returned from a "closest homes" search, the results are no longer the closest homes. Convenient but - recently - super buggy. And what happened to the Open Houses feature? It's just gone.
