Broken in recent release

MikeM_PDX

Was working fine to backup files from phone to ReadyNAS. But recently. ALL files get backed up with the name IMG_2147483647 (*) Files used to transfer with the name from the device it was backing up from.

This app BLOWS.

RandyRas007

This app fails to deliver it’s basic primary function. I have had my ReadyNAS for several years. I wanted this app so I can view my files on my other devices. Even after a refresh, I can’t see recently backed up files. This is the PRIMARY function of this app and it failed to deliver.

Terrible app

DropDaaBass

Seems like a good utility if it had an app to back it but it doesn’t. Have to upload one photo at a time on iPhone atleast, no previews on the website either of stored photos.

Pathetically Slow

Junkcast

This app is pathetically slow, so much so that it renders it unusable. I’ve never really been happy with Netgear products so I don’t know why I bought a Netgear router this time. I guess I was in a hurry because a lightning storm electrical surge destroyed the router I was then using. I think the Netgear router was on sale at Staples but I should have exercised better judgment. It just hasn’t been reliable in any way (Nighthawk router) and I shouldn’t be surprised that their mobile app is useless for accessing my files remotely. Frankly, I can’t even easily access my files from a computer that’s on the same network with a Cat5 connection to the router. If you have problems with the embedded software under those circumstances, you know it’s going to be all bad. In short, steer clear of the Netgear products. I’m really kicking myself.

Totally Not As Advertised

Reallt Disappointed. I truly thought I was going to have powerful seamless uploading to my external hard drive connected with ready share but it’s working terribly

App won’t update new files

gryff13

When I add a new picture to a USB drive folder connected the the router from my windows 10 laptop I have to logout of this app and re-log in to see the new file. That gets old real fast

Horrible Cloud App

Laptop: Dell Latitude 7490 OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 v2004 Model: Seagate 2TB External HDD (USB 3.0) Connection Type: USB 3.0 to USB 3.0 port Router: Netgear Nighthawk R7000 Router Firmware: V1.0.11.100_10.2.100 Download: 234.38Mbps Upload: 9.61Mbps The app isn’t great at all. It’s constantly buffering (slow) the photos as you browse and swipe through them. Randomly it will close out the entire app and force refresh so you literally have to go searching through thousands of photos. The categorizing is not good either. You can set it by Name or Date and when you back out (or when it force closes on you), it will reset it to default. Uninstalling, reinstalling and keeping the app up to date does not and has not resolved this issue. I would NOT recommend this app, at least for an iPhone XR. It works fine on my laptop, no issues, no buffering and no force closing.

App keeps crashing

TedS56

I am halfway through my back up of photos (23,000 left) and the app keeps crashing. If I delete the app, do I start over? I hope reinstalling it will help.

This app is so bad...

MingCat

Honestly, it caches an old snapshot of the drive contents and doesn’t work when you click to open a file. I had a drive go bad so I pulled it to replace it. ReadyCLOUD still saw the drive as connected with the same cached snapshot. The only way to resolve this was to uninstall the app. I reinstalled once we got a new drive up and running...which ReadyCLOUD can’t find at all... My husband had the exact same issues and just uninstalled the app. The new drive works fine, this app is crap.
