Unfortunately, after I installed this app, it worked right only once, that constant crashes. App support is not highly qualified

Since downloading the app I've been unable to hear anything. It looks like it can be a great app, but unfortunately the sound is jacked up.

No sound

Checked App Support. Nothing has worked. App looks cool, but can't hear anything. 5-21-16 Still no sound! Argh! 6-8-16 No sound still. When the app starts I get a message that my speakers are muted when they are not! Dropping the rating to one star. 10-1-16 Still no sound. No app support at all!

This app is really fun and accurate! I'm way too old to be playing around with it/ watching the show, but I recommend both to younger children. Everyone I know loves it. Great app!
