Your update won't complete; keeps getting stuck

they had a simple, marvelously functional app upon which you could read your magazines. now, because some one had to redesign this app in order to have it on their resume....we have to put up with poor design, arcane architecture and useless bells and whistles that make no sense... on the off chance that someone who works for readly, reads this... here is some advice: don't change something good simple and useful into a complex of useless choices and glitzy alleys that go nowhere for the sole purpose of confusing and bamboozling customers under the guise of providing "more value.."

For me, this is the best "all you can eat" magazine app. And I hope they continue to add more magazines. The only thing I don't like is the lack of an auto-renew option. Just about every other digital magazine offers it, so it can't be a technical issue unless this app's foundational code isn't current.

I got this APP for FREE for a year because I have AT&T as my cell phone provider. It’s a lot easier to read on my iPad Air 2 than it is on my iPhone 7 (not the PLUS). It has a great selection of magazines, but there are a lot more UK than US, which is why I gave the four stars instead of five. It’s GREAT that they have Rolling Stone!! It would be even better if they had PEOPLE!!!!

The app has very poor connection to make account changes and password reset goes to an error page. You cannot change your mind about selections for 30 days. No way to preview magazines before making selections. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. And to the support staff: I would appreciate it if you would contact me. I have sent numerous emails.

I used to like the way I was billed

I liked being billed monthly, and automatically. I got this service for my mom. She is older, and doesn't understand how to pay for the service. I take care of it for her. I liked it when I didn't have to remember to log on and pay. I wish there was a setting for auto pay like my other magazine service. How hard would it be to bring that back?

Previously I was subscribed to Readly, its really a very good application and has a lot of interesting magazines. How can I subscribe now using my apple account?!? I have written this complain previously but uptodate I can’t get my subscription even with my Facebook account...why Readly Team?!? If I say that I don’t have an account when I fill my information Readly answers that I have had one. I’m sure that one day I’ll be reading your magz!!!
