Great for struggling readers!

I have an 11 year old with autism and he has struggled with reading from the beginning. He started the school year at a kindergarten level and by the end of the year he was at a first grade third month. I believe with the help of this app he was able to be so successful. I love how if he does not know a word he can hold his finger on it and then he can hear what the word is. I like the different categories and levels. I would suggest this app for struggling readers! Now if the programmer can create one with the next levels that would be great!

Great App
Sis friend

I am a first grade teacher and a Mom. My first graders love the stories and activities after they read the stories. They can't wait to listen and sing along with the songs. I wish this was around when my own children were learning to read. Thanks for giving us this wonderful reading app.

Love it!

I work as a paraprofessional at an elementary school, and I just got this app to use with my kids. It's fabulous! My kids are totally hooked on these books. Even some older kids in 5th and 6th grade were enjoying the quizzes. We especially like the songbooks. More songs please! Good stuff.

Clever reading app

This app is easy to use and is fun. I loved the voice recording option--the child will be fascinated to hear their own voice or the voice of their parent or sibling. The range activities will keep kids interested long enough to actually help them learn how to read. Great graphics which are quite eye catching--the characters are fun looking. The game/rewards program adds to the fun. The metrics help parents and teachers to track progress of the reader and helps to identify any problems that he/she might have.

Fun app

Fun easy interactive app that makes reading easier for kids and more like play than work.

Slick app for my early reader

My 5 y.o. boy has some attention issues but has been able to stick with this app for long periods of time and is learning how to read! Took a little time to learn the app – setting up your avatar, picking the right level books from the trains, how to use the read to and record functions, the music store, end of book quiz, the glossary, etc. – but once he got a feel for it, he was able to read on his own. I track his progress and problem areas through parent stats so I don’t have to watch him to see how he’s doing. His confidence has grown and I often find him using the app without any prompt. Looking forward to more content.
