Teacher accounts are currently not supported in this version of the app.
To get the best experience out of the Reading Eggs Student app, go into your iPad settings, select ‘General’ and ensure that ‘Mute’ is selected under ‘Lock Rotation’. Increase the volume by using the volume button on the side of your iPad device.

My app keeps shutting down and I’m having to restart the iPad and reinstall the app daily. Very disappointing

It was confusing for me as the parent to figure out some of the math problems. No directions, not very organized.

Great content and concept, definitely keeps the attention of elementary students. The app has some issues concerning sound, crashing and not always crediting after lesson is complete.

The apps often gets locked and frozen when loading lessons. Hopefully that’s an easy fix!
Hreat for learning but...

My son loves the app and is learning but it is so glitchy that it makes it hard to pay for! The password is asked for everytime and it will not save so my son can not get into the app without help. Which then makes him not use it!

For starters you can tell the person/persons who created this App, has a passion for kids and LEARNING! My daughter struggle with her phonics and was slow in reading. I for one never believed that an app can teach her phonics. I was totaling against digital learning. I became so desperate, I hired a company to help me. I won’t say who, but it was a total waste. One night I went online and started searching for activity sheets, books, games, anything that could help my baby. I came across this APP. My daughter is reading, and she also has excelled in math. I love the progress reports I receive, and lessons. My daughter enjoys learning. This review is for the mother or dad thats reading this and the other reviews thinking to yourself DOES IT REALLY WORK? IT DOES!
Glitches impede son’s progress

Having searched high and low for a reading program my son was happy to work on, I was thrilled to find Reading Eggs. Unfortunately, every two lessons there is a glitch where the program won’t respond to the progression through the levels. Level 4 had to be worked around to get it update and move on to level 5. Level 8 just stopped responding in the middle of the lesson. This is frustrating when you’re trying to motivate an already reluctant student. Please re-evaluate your software.

The app keeps crashing or telling us our account doesn’t exist. we’ve tried Uninstalling and installing the app but we get the same message, we’ve only been able to use in one day

I had the iPhone 8 and now I have the new iPhone 11 with great internet connection and it’s extremely slow and has lots of glitches. The program on the computer is great- but my 3 year old doesn’t understand how to use a mouse. I even tried to update the app...
